Challenge
CredCore’s website lacked a clear visual hierarchy, used outdated branding, and failed to effectively communicate its value proposition. Users found it difficult to navigate, and the overall experience did not convey the company’s credibility or market positioning.
The redesign aimed to address these issues by introducing a more professional and trustworthy look, improving readability through structured visual flow, and implementing a cohesive content strategy to support both internal messaging and external engagement.

Process
To address the website’s lack of clarity and outdated structure, we began by auditing the content and mapping key user journeys through discussions with the business and product teams. I contributed to wireframing the new structure and refining content to better communicate the company’s value. Together, we defined priorities and gathered early feedback. Based on this, we redesigned the layout and visual hierarchy for improved readability and built reusable components aligned with a refreshed design system to ensure consistency.
Result
The redesign made navigation more intuitive, helping users quickly access key information. Messaging was sharpened to clearly communicate CredCore’s offerings and build trust. Visually, the updated tone and layout better reflect the company’s positioning in the market. The new design system established a solid foundation for consistency and future scalability.
This first iteration was a significant step forward given the time constraints, laying the groundwork for future improvements as the brand and product continue to evolve.
